Vitamin E, just a thought.....

On the same subject as my last post, the many uses of Vitamin E oil, before long we are going to see it used as a testosterone booster or maybe even a lawn fertilizer! Ha! But in all actuality, Vitamin E oil has many, many excellent uses and in researching it I found this very interesting use for it.

"Vitamin E is a fat soluble antioxidant vitamin that helps to neutralize potentially damaging free radicals in our body."

I knew it was great for your skin, but I never knew that it was also an antioxidant as well! Very cool!
