Easy Monday Night Family Home Dinners

Bringing the family to dinner this week is one of my families favorites,

2 lbs Chicken Tenders, cut into strips
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Medium Onion
1/2 Cup Pico De Gallo
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Package Fajita Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
10 Flour Tortillas

Warm oil in a skillet. Add Chicken and 1/2 pkg Fajita Seasoning and cook until chicken is fully cooked. Chop Bell Peppers and Onion into strips. Remove chicken from skillet and add Peppers and Onion and cook until soft. Serve buffet style with Pico De Gallo and Sour Cream in a dip station and the flour tortillas in a warming basket.
